The Day Before Thanksgiving
Ahhh... Yesterday we had no agenda but to wander the town and enjoy city luxuries -- little cafes tucked away behind garden walls, good coffee, Ecuadoran quinoa soup, Ecuadoran tortillas, another stroll through the outdoor crafts market.
Today is Thanksgiving! Soon we'll have a turkey in the oven; looking forward to many at the table this evening.
